Pro
Every page, every calculator and every question on this site is free, stays free, and is indexed so a search engine can send anybody straight to it. Pro is not a key to the knowledge. It is for the reader who has decided to keep what they learn here.
What stays free — all of it
This is not a trial and nothing below moves behind a wall later. A reference that gates its own subject matter is not a reference, and a reader who has learned something here is the only person who would ever pay for anything.
- 129 instruments and 70 transaction types, each written at five levels from a standing start.
- 142 calculators, every one checked against an independently written reference before it ships.
- 275 questions, the interview bank, both drills and the mock round.
- 32 mechanisms, 40 case studies, 14 analyses, 25 playbooks and 55 plain-language answers.
- The industry map — every seat, and what it actually does.
- Search across the prose, the glossary of 303 terms, both themes, and the learning record in your own browser.
What Pro adds
Every one of these saves time or lets the work travel with you. None of them is a fact you cannot otherwise read.
What it costs
Not on sale yet, and this page says so rather than taking an order it cannot fill. The payment path is written and dormant: nothing here charges anything, and no button below takes a card. Two pages have to be finished first — the legal notice is a placeholder and the privacy policy names no controller. A German site may not take payment without both (§ 5 DDG, § 18 Abs. 2 MStV), and it would need terms and a withdrawal policy besides. Turning this on before that is the sort of shortcut this site does not take with a disclaimer, and it will not take it with an invoice either.
How paying would work, in full
Worth reading before it exists, because the design is the point: there is no account here to breach.
- You would pay through Stripe, on Stripe's own page. Your card details never reach this site, and neither does your name or address.
- This site would store one row: a hash of your licence key, whether it is active, when the period ends, and the customer id Stripe uses. No e-mail, no name, no address, no card data.
- A licence key, not a login. Paste it once per browser. It is stored beside the rest of your record, in your browser, and checked against the server about once a day.
- Cancelling, invoices and card changes would happen in Stripe's own portal. There is nothing here to log in to.
- Your learning record still never leaves your browser. Pro does not upload it. It gives you the button that hands it to you.
That is data minimisation as an architecture rather than as a paragraph: the only personal datum this server could ever leak is a customer id that is useless without Stripe's own credentials. The privacy policy describes it in the same terms.
What Pro is not
- Not advice. Paying changes nothing about rule two: nothing on this site is a recommendation, a personal suggestion or a valuation to rely on, at any price.
- Not a certificate. No qualification, no accreditation, no badge an employer should read as one.
- Not a data feed. No prices, no live market data, no signals. This site computes from what you type and nothing else.
- Not ad-free-as-a-feature, because there are no ads to remove. No page here fetches from another host — see how this site is paid for.
Why it is priced this way
The yearly plan costs eight months rather than twelve because the annual plan is the one worth having on both sides: it is cheaper for a reader who is going to stay, and it removes eleven chances a year for a payment to fail. The monthly plan exists so nobody has to bet a year on a site they met yesterday.
There is no free trial and no card-up-front week. The free site is the trial, and it is a better one than seven days: a reader who has used the calculators for a month knows exactly what they would be paying for.
